Director: Tim Sanders

Tim has been sailing since he was ten years old in Sydney, Australia. He started out racing on Sabots, Herons, Flying 11’s, Etchells and larger cruiser/racers.

Tim moved to the U.S. during the mid 90’s and started working at a local yacht charter company in charge of maintenance where he serviced and commissioned new and used sailboats, taught basic through advanced sailing and lead flotillas to Catalina.

His time there developed into a career as a licensed captain delivering just about every kind of sail and motor yacht that exists (from 30ft sailboats to 130ft mega yachts) all over the Americas from Alaska to Peru and Hawaii on the West Coast and Connecticut to Bermuda, Florida, all over the Caribbean and through the Panama Canal multiple times.

After logging well over 200,000 nautical miles at sea as Captain, Crew and Engineer, Tim decided to use his wealth of boating knowledge to help find the perfect yacht for each person who walked through the door.

Tim has always prided himself on his customer service, professional approach and ability to have each client walk away with a smile on their face!

Tim has had a USCG Captain’s license since 1999 and has successfully sold dozens of boats to happy clients since the beginning of 2014
